Part of the week I work as a Therapist from my private therapy practice near Stroud (or online), with a range of ages (adults, young people and children). I work in an integrative way drawing on different psychological approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to meet the individual needs of each client. These approaches include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (also known as ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (also known as CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (also known as EMDR) and Jungian Sandplay Therapy.
Please get in touch if you would like to discuss indivdual therapy sessions.
